Today developers gave lots of information to players about current problems and upcoming content in Planetside 2. Finally, a bug when players were unable to patch/login was fixed - seems CDN provider did something on their side, so most of the players are now able to play their beloved game. If you still have any problems - inform devs at this Reddit thread.
Developers asked European players from Miller, Cobalt, and Ceres to let them know if they notice any changes to connection quality - better/worse/no change. RPG Ops team worked on moving over to a new circuit with a different provider that offers much cleaner routing and more reliable connection quality into the data center, where Planetside 2 servers are located. You could send your feedback here.
On November, 20 Planetside 2 will celebrate 8 years anniversary. Official Planetside 2 Twitter announces 8 straight days of giveaways - every day 8 winners will be given 1000 or 2000 DBG Cash codes. You need to retweet a message about Planetside 2 anniversary from Official Planetside 2 Twitter to have a chance to win some DBG Cash. BTW the first winners already got their prizes.
Also on Twitter devs announce some content that probably will be added with a new game update. You can find those content here and here.
