Andy “IronSites” Sites, Head of Rogue Planet Games and Executive Producer of PlanetSide Franchise informed all Planetside 2 players, that he will be leaving Rogue Planet Games. In his absence, he will be handing the reigns over to Michael Henderson aka Wrel (Lead Game Designer) and Chris Farrar (Technical Director) to co-lead the Rogue Planet Games studio and PlanetSide franchise.
Lot's of players told Andy warm words and thank him for all he had done to our game. You can read players' messages to Andy on Reddit or on Andy's Twitter.
Also players are going to make a FAREWELL CEASE FIRE PARTY for Andy and Carto, another Planetside 2 developer, that left RPG not so far ago. All the details about this party could be found on Planetside 2 Reddit.
So the details are:
3 PM PST / 6 PM EST / 11:59 PM CET, Jan 17th. Esamir, Shatered Warpgate Region. Emerald Server.
Both Andy and Carto said they will try to be there.
